To create satisfied customers is at the heart of our company. Therefore we only supply high quality goods. We quality test all products before shipment. If despite of these precautions there is a malfunction we will replace it free of charge.
Returned goods policy
Adaptherm will accept product returns of:
- Stock items only.
- Within 30 days of invoiced date.
- Undamaged and unused products.
All returned goods must be shipped to Adaptherm, Aluminiumstraat 5-6, 4823 AL Breda, The Netherlands
Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and the return shipment
should be arranged by the customer. A credit note will be issued for returned
products - we will NOT issue free-of-charge replacement products.
Returns logged within 14 days of shipment will be credited 100% of the item cost
at the invoiced price.
Returns logged after 14 days of shipment will be subject to a 20% reprocessing
charge.
Environment
The electrical heated products are most of the time heated by the energy from batteries. Because of environmental reasons it is highly recommended to use rechargeable batteries.
Many of the products are RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. The RoHS directive took effect on 1 July 2006, and is required to be enforced and become law in each US state. This directive restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment.
Specific wishes
If requested, we are able to supply customized products i.e. legwarmers for wheelchair users. We also can personalize garments with company logos.
